BOOKING NOTE
The hotel names mentioned in the itinerary are for reference only, as our rates are based on these hotels. Rates may change depending on hotel policies. Please note that this does not serve as a confirmation, as no hotel has been booked yet. Hotel reservations will only be made once we receive your payment and confirmation. If, at the time of operation, the selected hotels are unavailable or sold out, we will book a similar or the next best available option. Any differences in rates (supplements or rebates) will be communicated accordingly.
The vehicle will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be available for disposal unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions. Any additional usage beyond the itinerary will be chargeable, and payments for extra kilometers or hours must be made directly to the transport vendor.
SIGHTSEEING NOTE
Please note that commercial and private vehicles are not allowed to cover all sightseeing spots in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam due to local union restrictions in these areas. Travelers will need to book local vehicles either through us or directly on the spot for these specific areas.
Additionally, chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg must be booked directly at the location in case of heavy snowfall. Please refer to the Other Information section for approximate rates at these locations.
TRAVEL NOTE
For travelers commuting via the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, be advised that road conditions are subject to weather conditions, traffic regulations, and government orders. The highway may be closed due to landslides or operate on a one-way traffic system as per government rules. In such cases, travelers should be prepared for adjustments in accommodations and itinerary changes based on availability.
The entire tour itinerary may be reshuffled due to road closures, but we will make every effort to ensure that most of the tour is completed as planned. We request our travelers to cooperate and understand that these situations are beyond our control.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- GST (as applicable) is not included in the package.
- Transportation is provided as per the itinerary only.
- Local transport charges, where applicable due to union restrictions, must be paid directly by the client.
- The itinerary serves only as a reference, and actual sightseeing may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, or other local conditions.
- Guide services are not included but can be availed at an additional cost.
- This package cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
- Check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.
- For packages booked on CP/MAP/AP basis, meals will be provided according to the hotel’s operational kitchen hours.
- Air conditioning (A/C) in vehicles will be turned off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed in hotels.
- The agency is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unrest, strikes, roadblocks, or any unforeseen disturbances. No refunds will be processed in such cases.
- In case of transport strikes, vehicles will not operate, and the agency will not be responsible for any loss or refund.
- In the event of heavy snowfall, landslides, or natural calamities leading to road closures, the agency is not responsible for any inconvenience or refunds.
- Refunds on cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s and agency’s cancellation policies.
- The agency is not liable for any personal loss, damage, or mishaps that may occur during the tour.
- The package, once purchased, cannot be rescheduled or changed under any circumstances.
- The agency is not responsible for vehicle issues (such as mechanical or electrical faults, tire bursts, etc.) during the tour. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Entry fees to parks, museums, amusement parks, zoos, temples, or any other activity (e.g., horse riding, camel riding, yak riding, paragliding, river rafting, ropeways, etc.) are not included in the package.
- Full payment for the package is mandatory before the second day of the trip, failing which the agency reserves the right to hold or cancel services without liability for a refund.
- If full payment is not completed within the specified time frame, the booking will be canceled without any refund.
- Advance booking amounts paid to confirm the package are non-refundable.
- All meals included in the itinerary will be served only at the designated hotels during the stay.
- Travel and medical insurance are not included in the package.
- Costs related to permits, entry passes, and personal medical kits are not included unless mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses of a personal nature (such as tips, laundry, phone calls, and beverages) are not included.
- Emergency evacuation costs are not covered by the package.
LEGAL & DISPUTES
- Any disputes or claims arising from bookings, travel arrangements, cancellations, accommodations, payments, or refunds shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the agency’s registered location only.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the specified services.
- Any additional services not explicitly requested or confirmed will not be provided.
- Extra services availed at the destination must be paid for directly to the hotel or service provider.
- Base category rooms will be booked unless otherwise specified. If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar or higher-category hotel will be arranged, and rate differences will be chargeable.
- Date amendments in air tickets will be treated as cancellations, and new tickets will be issued at the applicable fare at the time of rebooking. Cancellation charges will apply per airline policies.
- Any changes in itinerary or travel dates must be requested in writing, and confirmation is subject to hotel availability. Cancellation policies will apply in such cases.
- No refunds will be provided for unutilized services in a tour package, whether due to personal preferences or unforeseen circumstances.
- Early check-in and late check-out charges must be settled directly with the hotel.

To confirm your booking, the following payments are required:
- Full payment for flight tickets.
- 25-30% advance token amount for the land package (hotel and transportation).
